Obituary
Francisco Garced-Colon passed from this Earth on November 13, 2015. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and University Professor. He is survived by his three sons, Leon, Frank and Gregory; a daughter-in-law- Mary; four grand-children, Brandi, Grant, Hollie and Trevor; and two sisters, Lila and Delly.
