Frances Martin Santo of Southport Springs died on 03/08/2022 in Zephyrhills Florida. She is survived by her three children, Tony and his wife Joy of Dillsburg, PA, Cindi and her husband Michael of Northville, NY and Ken of Wesley Chapel, FL. She leaves nine grandchildren, Zachary, Ashley, Dominic, Nicholas, Jennifer, Brittany, Dakota, Madison and Macy. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Lou and sisters, Christine and Marjorie.

Born in Richmond, Virginia, the daughter of the late Henry and Annie Harrelson Martin Jr of Portsmouth Virginia. The granddaughter of the late Henry and Gertrude Bryant Martin of Richmond Virginia and the late Luther and Ziffora Garnett Harrelson of Savannah, Georgia.

Cremation arrangements are by Hodges Funeral Home of Zephyrhills, FL. A memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
