MILLER, Frances N,93, passed away February 12, 2020 in Zephyrhills, Florida. She was born in Marshalltown, Iowa to Paul and Geneva (Neel) Nickerson. Mrs. Miller was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Dade City, Florida. She worked at Otto's Department Store and she owned and operated "Grannie Frannies" consignment store in Dade City. A lifelong artist, Mrs. Miller painted in oils, acrylics and watercolors. She had shows in Florida and North Carolina. She also drew cartoons, pen and ink, and wrote poetry. She is survived by her three children, Linda Miller, Susan (Dwayne) Sessoms, Neel (Debra) Miller; five grandchildren, Susie Sargent, Stacey Ramer, Chad Sessoms, Christy Duell, Nick Miller; eight great-grandchildren, Brad, Brooke, Brett, Austin, Jessica, Hayden, Breely, Layla; Wolter family nephews and niece, Rick, Tim, Mike, David, Jeanne.
