To know him was to love him. On Dec 26th heaven gained another angel. Fran was a loving husband to Almira for many years until her passing with cancer 2001. Fran loved to travel spending many vacations with Almira in Europe, Puerto Rico, Florida and many more places. Fran loved life and lived large! From a dinner, to going on trips to watching a ball game, or watching his favorite Spaghetti Westerns he was the life of the party. With a dry sense of humor, a gentlemen's disposition and a sparkle in his eye Fran was always a pleasure to be around. We will miss him greatly. He is gone but not forgotten. As Fran would say "I will make a place at the table for you and I'll see you on the other side." So Fran, "We are going to hold you to it." Inside joke that only Fran would understand. **Never mind! A mass will be said for Fran on 03/31/2022 at 8:00am at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church 2348 Collier Parkway Land O Lakes, FL 34639 Also: Fran requested to be cremated in his tuxedo and his ashes along with Almira's to be spread in The St Pete, FL Ocean. A date has not been set for the spreading of the ashes. Ken and Mary Patrizzi will be hosting a celebration of life dinner with a Hugs to Heaven balloon salute. Each guest will be offered the opportunity to tie a tribute note on the balloon as we let the balloons fly off into the sky. Anyone that would like to speak during the toast for Fran is more than welcome. Also prayer cards are being printed in memory of him. Due to Covid and social distancing Fran's celebration has been put on hold, but will happen. No date has been set at this time. Upon Fran's Request don't send flowers or buy a sympathy card.
