Rice, Floyd E., 95, of Zephyrhills passed away on December 28, 2021. He is survived by his loving wife Phillipa, and sister Helen Hays. Floyd dedicated his life to the military by serving and retiring from the US Navy. A viewing will take place on Monday January 3, 2022 from 9-10am at Hodges Funeral Home, Zephyrhills. Funeral will follow at 10. Burial will take place in County Line Cemetery with Military Honors.
