LIM, Felecia Ann, age 63, of Wesley Chapel, passed away on November 30, 2023 at the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, FL. She was born on December 24, 1959 in Bangor, ME to parents Edward Lim & Louise Lim (Vinson). Felecia is survived by two children: Christopher Ingram (Catherine A . Ingram) and Rachael N. Lim; two sisters: Patricia "Trish" Clark (Harry T. Clark) and Jaqueline; one granddaughter, Charlotte A. Ingram; numerous nieces and nephews that she absolutely adored; and many friends. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Felecia was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. She completed A School at the Naval School of Dental Assisting & Technology and later completed C School in Portsmouth, VA to become a surgical assistant. She served 6 years as Active Duty from February 24, 1985 to June of 1991. She then continued to serve civilly as a GS from March of 1992 to March 31, 2017 before retiring from Branch Health Clinic Norfolk Dental. A funeral service with military honors will be held at 2pm on Friday, December 15, 2023 at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Felecia's memory to the James A.
