Eva Faye Moore, 70 of Zephyrhills passed away November 2, 2012, at the HPH Hospice Care Center in Dade City. She is preceded in death by her husband; Coy" Junior" and a daughter; Teresa Gayle Moore. Survivors include; son; Jeff (Julie); brothers; Bill, Felix, Howard and Sandy; sisters; Sandra and Jayne; grandchildren; Jeffrey, Coy, Jesse, Dana and Kerri; and 5 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will take place today at 1:00pm in Floral Memory Gardens, Dade City. The family request donations to HPH Care Center in Dade City.
