Eva Craig, 88, of Dade City, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, with loved ones at her bedside. She will be remembered as a caring mother, grandmother, and great grandmother - one who loved gardening, traveling, and dancing, who had a sweet laugh and gave big hugs and the best birthday cards. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Lonnie "Junior" Lane; her second husband, Robert Craig; her sons, Daniel and David; and seven siblings. She is survived by her children, James (Carolyn) Lane, Linda (John) Russell, and George (Vicky) Lane; grandchildren, Deborah (John) Addie, Tammy (Michael) Diefenthaler, Heidi Lane, and Jonathan (Samantha) Lane; great grandchildren, Brittany (Anthony) Wasser, Timothy Addie, Marissa and Allyson Diefenthaler, Gabrielle Rogers, and Gavin Lane; her sister, Jessie Earle Hubbard; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The services will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home (11441 US Hwy 301, Dade City, FL 33525) on Sunday, March 25, 2018. The viewing will begin at 2pm and the service will begin at 3pm. Visitation
