EUNICE LEMCKE NEFE 54, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away December 26, 2018. She was born May 24, 1964 in Cedartown, GA to Raymond and Georgia Lemcke. She moved to Florida from Grand Blanc, Michigan in 1981 and married James J. Nefe on November 12, 1983. From restoring antiques, fashioning clothing, painting, drawing, and writing poems, Eunice was a true artist. She also had a sense of adventure, running several marathons and even skydiving. We will all miss you "Eunie", you will always be loved and remembered. Eunice is preceded by her younger sister Sarah Lynn Sammarco, whom she loved dearly. She is survived by her husband James Nefe; son Ian James Nefe; parents Raymond and Georgia Lemcke, brothers Jeff and Daniel Lemcke, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org). A memorial service will be held 5:00pm Sunday, January 20th at Alice Hall Community Center, Zephyrhills, FL.
