Etrulia C."Trudy" Headrick, 75, passed away on September 1, 2016. She was born in Cascade, Virginia to Bruce and Sallie Millner. Etrulia lived for many years in Chalfont, PA and then moved to San Antonio, FL. She is survived by her son Andre and his wife Betty; grandchildren: Christian Thomas and Heather Nicole; and brother: Don. Etrulia was very active with Atonement Lutheran Church of Wesley Chapel and a very active volunteer at the Helping Hands Food Pantry. A memorial service will be held at Atonement Lutheran Church, 29617 State Road 54 in Wesley Chapel, on Saturday, September 10th at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Helping Hands Food Pantry. Celebration of Life Service
