Hartley, Ethel "Gram", 95, of Wesley Chapel, FL, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2013 at home with her family by her side. She is preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband of 55 years, James E. Hartley. Formerly of Pontiac, MI, she moved to Tampa in the mid-70's and worked at Derby Lane for 25 years. Gram enjoyed shopping at Westshore Mall, trips to Sea World, Sunday dinners, baking cookies with her granddaughters, and many quiet walks with her dog, Drako. She is survived by her loving daughter, Joan H. (Richard) Lynch, DDS; granddaughters, Casey (Randal) Clement and Kimberly (Adam) McQueen; great grandchildren, Mekenna, Cadence, Ryleigh and Tucker; her loyal pup, Drako; cousin, Margaret Boyd of Sun City Center and many wonderful nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. Visitation will be held Friday, June 7, 2013 from 5:30-7pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home, Hwy 301, Dade City, FL. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, June 8, 2013, 1pm, at St. Anthony of Padua, San Antonio, FL. Interment at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Leukemia Foundation in her husband's memory.
