Obituary
Emil (Ed) J. Bacso
August 26, 1942- January 5, 2022
Emil (Ed) Bacso, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, surrounded by loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Paula Wardo, aunt, Veronica Brechlin, and brother Gerard Bacso.
Emil is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Janice, his daughter, Danielle, son in law, Chris Chiofalo, his son Brian, daughter in law, Julie Bacso, his daughter, Paula Bacso, and his adopted son, Alan Rosaro. As well as four awesome grandchildren, Kyle, Berkeley, Brayden, and Brielle.
Emil was a loving husband, father, and friend to many. His dry sense of humor was appreciated by most. Some of the things he was known for were his fashionable style of footwear (socks & sandals); his love of "to-do" lists; his extensive knowledge of vitamins; and of course, researching and developing his super-secret companies.
Emil proudly worked for Ford Motor Company for over 40 years, where he took tremendous pride in his work ethic and dedication to the company. One of his greatest joys was to mentor young Ford employees and watch them grow and succeed.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Blue Heron Adult Living Facility in Wesley Chapel, FL, and Gulfside Hospice Services in Zephyrhills, FL for the outstanding love and care that they extended to Emil the past five months.
We respectfully request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Gulfside Hospice Services, www.gulfside.org, or a charity of your choice in memory of Emil Bacso.
There are no services planned at this time. A Memorial Mass is to be planned in Long Island, NY at a later date.
