Elsie Garcia,67, passed away on September 28,2021 after a short illness while at Advent Health Hospital in Dade City , Fl. Mrs. Gracia was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico on May 14,1954. She is survived by her three children: Damariz Fox, Joan Soto and Bobby Rivera. And all her grandkids. She was a beautiful woman, a great mother and an amazing grandmother.
