Elmira Jackson Harvey 83, of Webster, FL passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018 in Dade City. She was born February 16, 1935 in Opp, AL to Marvin C. & Minnie Beatrice Treadaway Jackson. She moved to this area 65 years ago from Rose Hill, AL and attended the Withlacoochee Missionary Baptist Church. She retired after 35 years with the USDA as an Inspector, co-owned D. & E. Masonry and volunteered with HPH Hospice. Elmira is survived by 2 children: Bradley Ellison and Brenda Hammer, both of Dade City, Florida; 1 brother: Kenneth Jackson of Richland, Florida; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 11am Thursday, March 15, 2018 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City. The family will receive friends from 10:30am till service time at 11am. Flowers will be gratefully accepted, or those that wish may make donations in her memory to HPH Hospice. Visitation
