Elizabeth L Farkas passed away peacefully at age 95 on Tuesday, March 21,2017 in Zephyrhills, Fl. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Zinner; a granddaughter, Amy (Chad) Hickman, two adorable twin great-granddaughters, Hailey and Peyton of Bushnell, FL and several nephews and nieces and their families around the country. She was predeceased by her parents, Frank and Bessie Roundy of Tully, New York; a sister, Doris, of Tucson Arizona; two brothers, Paul and Robert of Minoa, NY; and the love of her life, Eric Dennington of Zephyrhills and Jamesville, NY. Elizabeth was born in 1921 and raised in Tully, New York. She graduated from Tully High School. She worked as a Bank Teller early in her career in Tully. She then lived in Jamesville, New York and worked for many years and retired as a Guidance Secretary at Jamesville Dewitt High School in Dewitt, NY. Elizabeth remained very active in her retirement at Betmar Acres in Zephyrhills, Florida. She loved participating in a variety of activities with friends, especially Bingo, Cribbage, Shuffling and Golfed until age 91. She also very much enjoyed get togethers with her great-grandchildren. She was a fine lady and will be missed.
