Mrs. Eleanor Joan Caro of Zephyrhills, FL died on March 23, 2017; resulting from a massive stroke two weeks earlier. She is survived by: her husband, Mr. Clifford W. Caro of Zephyrhills; her brother, Mr. C. David Snyder of New Milford, PA. Her sister, Mrs. Sharon K. Clontz of Haymarket, VA, preceded her in death in November 2016. Eleanor is the daughter of Mr. Clair D Snyder and Mrs. Mary Jane (McEwen) Snyder of New Bethlehem, PA and was born in Punxsutawney, PA, and graduated from Clarion Limestone High School in Limestone, PA and attended Indiana University in Indiana, PA. She also lovingly hand knitted caps for donation to and use by cancer patients who suffered hair loss from medical treatments for this disease.
