Obituary

Today we gather to remember the life of a precious woman, a loving mother, grandmother, and a woman of deep faith who blessed all of our lives for 92 beautiful years.

She was the heart of our family — the one we could always turn to for comfort, wisdom, and unconditional love. Her kindness was gentle but strong, and her presence made every house feel like home. Whether through her warm hugs, her encouraging words, or the quiet prayers she said for each of us, she showed us every day what love truly looks like.

Her faith was the foundation of her life. She trusted God in good times and in hard times, and she taught us by example how to live with grace, patience, and compassion. She believed in the power of prayer, in the importance of family, and in treating others with respect and understanding. Because of her, we know the meaning of devotion — to God, to family, and to one another.

As a mother, she gave everything she had to her children. She guided them, protected them, and loved them with a strength that never faded. As a grandmother, she gave even more — laughter, stories, wisdom, and a kind of love that made each grandchild feel special and cherished.

Ninety-two years is a long life, but no amount of time ever feels like enough when the person means so much. Still, we are grateful — grateful for every lesson she taught us, every memory she gave us, and every moment we were blessed to share with her.

Though our hearts are heavy today, we take comfort in knowing that her faith has carried her home. We trust that she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones, and resting in the presence of the Lord she served so faithfully.

Her love will remain with us always — in the way we care for each other, in the prayers we say, and in the values she passed down through generations.

We will miss her deeply, but we will carry her with us every day.

Rest in peace, Momma and Granny.

Your love will never leave us.
