Edward Lamar "Eddie" Patterson, 70, of Dade City, Florida, passed away on Saturday, December 6, 2025. Born at Jackson Memorial Hospital on July 26, 1955, Eddie lived with a fearless spirit, remembered by many as an "old school outlaw" who carried himself with grit, loyalty, and love for his family. He was the son of Ann Marie and Pat Patterson, and grew up with siblings Faye Strickland, Patricia Gilbert, Gary Patterson Charles Patterson, and Floyd Eugene "Jelly Bean" Patterson. Eddie was preceded in death by his son, Bubba Patterson, whose memory remained close to his heart.

Eddie leaves behind his daughter, Stephanie Castro, grandchildren Jocelyn Thompson, Andrew Castro, Jovan Castro, Tristian Castro, and Oliva Castro, and great-granddaughter Angelina Castro. He also leaves behind his nephews Thomas Patterson, Jefferson lee Patterson, Richard Strickland, and Timmy "Tim Bob" Strickland, his nieces Tonya Patterson and Kelly Cole, and his great-nephews John Wayne Patterson and William Patterson, along with many extended family

members and friends who will miss him dearly.

There will be a Celebration of life Saturday, December 20, 2025 - 11:00 a.m.
