RUSSEL PHILLIPS, Edith Lyle, 91 of Dade City, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2013 in Dade City. She was born July 4, 1922 in Rock Hill, SC to Bechem Newton & Katie Jane Howell Roberts. She was a longtime area resident and owned and operated Edith's Bait & Tackle. She is predeceased by her son, Kenneth Russell; and is survived by 5 children: Ellen Harrison, Philip "Buddy" Russell, William "Marion" Russell, Catherine Brown, Judith Yates; 18 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10am Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at the 5th Street Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The family will receive friends form viewing from 6-8pm Monday evening at the funeral home.
