Eddie Darrell Schofield, 78, a resident of Dade City, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014. Visitation will be Monday, December 15, 2014, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 U.S. 301, Dade City. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 16, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Hodges Family Funeral Home with Pastor Billy Denton officiating. Mr. Schofield was preceded in death by his parents, Zale and Maggie Schofield; brothers Eugene Schofield, Chester Schofield, and R.J. Schofield; and granddaughters Cynthia Lee and Tracy Tillis. He is survived by his loving wife Nancy Schofield; sons Eddie Darrell Schofield, Jr., Alvin Bush, and Ronnie Walton; daughters Lola Schofield, Melanie Schofield, Delta Moya, Joyce Brown, Patti Gavin, and Kathleen Walton; 26 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
