Eddie Henry Lewis age 77, of Dade City, passed away Monday, December 31st, 2018.

A native of Tampa, Eddie was born on April 16, 1941 to parents Albert and Ethel (Wood) Lewis, who preceded him in death. He was employed as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic until his retirement.

Survivors include daughters: Pam Holcomb (Keith), and Kim Lewis, sisters: Mary Roberts, and Sylvia Peterson, grandsons: Tyler Holcomb, and Brandon Holcomb, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 4th, 2019 from 11am to 1pm, funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel, burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City, Florida.. Arrangements by Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel Dade City, FL.
