Eddie Paul Jenkins of Land O Lakes, Florida, passed away Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Gulfside Hospice in Zephyrhills, Florida surrounded by family. The eldest of four children, Eddie, was born September 1, 1953, in Shelby, Ohio to Eddie Joe Miller and Marian Dolores Miller. Eddie graduated from Pasco High School in 1972 and he was an Army Veteran. He went on to own and operate Eddie P. Jenkins Surveying & Mapping, a land surveying company that served Pasco, Hernando, and Hillsborough Counties for over 30 years. Eddie was an original supporter of the USF Bulls Football program and was a season ticket holder for over 20 years. He rode his Harley all over the continental United States and into Canada with a tight group of friends. Their adventures spanned over many years. He was very active in his community and local charities. He is survived by his children, Chris Jenkins (wife - Jad) and his daughter Heather Mathis (husband - Kevin,) as well as two grandsons, Kameron and Kaleb Mathis, his sisters, Jackie Wagonmaker and Karen Tanner, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sherrie St. James, his Mother, Dolores Jenkins, and Sister, Angel Blalock.
