Obituary
Dwayne "Bubba" Forehand 51, of Dade City passed away Monday, June 5, 2017. He was born March 29, 1966 in Clermont, FL to Earnest Junior & Mary Evelyn Johnson Forehand. He is survived by his father: Earnest J. Forehand; 2 children: Corrie (Cheyanne) Forehand, Kayla (Josh) Brooks; 4 sisters: Charlotte Vengard, Shirley Sayer, Kay Connell, Luckie Hearn; and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother: Mary Evelyn Forehand; brother: Earnest Jeffery Forehand; and sister: Mary Theresia Benton. Funeral Services will be held 2pm Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home with burial to follow at Williams Cemetery. The family will receive friends for viewing from 5-7pm Saturday evening at the funeral home.
