McBath DO, Daniel P. Dan 53 of Dade City died Monday, Feb 23, 2015 in Tennessee while visiting his sister. Dan was born in Gainesville, FL to Dr. Donald L. and Ruth Southerland McBath. He was a lifelong resident of Dade City, a 1980 graduate of Pasco High School, attended University of Florida and graduated from St. Leo University in 1984, a 1990 graduate of Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale with his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. Dan then joined his father Dr. Donald L. McBath in his family practice in Dade City. He was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in San Antonio. He is proceeded in death by his father Donald McBath, DO in 2001 and is survived by his wife Brenda Scharber McBath of Dade City, Son Brandon (Jessica) of West Palm Beach, FL Daughters Brooke of Washington DC, and Brittney of Dade City, his mother Ruth McBath of Dade City, Brother Don of Tampa and sister Donna (Mark) Bassett of Sevierville, TN. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm tonight (Thursday, Feb 26th) with a Rosary service taking place at 6:30 pm at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 am on Friday. Dan will be laid to rest next to his father at Chapel Hill Gardens, Dade City.
