Dr. Dominick Anthony Caselnova, Jr, 89 of Dade City, FL, passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and was a U.S. Navy veteran of WWII. He moved with his family to Dade City in 1975 and practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology in both Dade City and Zephyrhills until his retirement from the work he so loved. He received a Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction from the University of Kentucky and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He received his M.D. degree from St. Louis University Medical School and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. He was a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a Life Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and was a member of the American Medical Association. He is survived by his loving wife, Hazel and his loving family. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St Anne Catholic Church in Ridge Manor on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11am.
