Dorothy Jane Richie (Micklo) age 76, of West Mifflin / North Huntingdon Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 5th, 2021. She went home to be with Jesus and to greet her mother Annette (Jancsik) and her father William Micklo of West Mifflin, Pennsylvania.Dorothy (Dotty) lived in Florida for the past 16 years with her loving and devoted husband Jim. Some of her closest friends are sisters Joyce and Gladys Hudak. Dorothy and Jim's daughter, Stacie Crisp lives with her husband Eric and son Dalton. Dotty and Jim's son, Jim Richie lives with his wife Christine and two daughters, Helena and Emily. Dotty was close and loved spending time with her sisters Gail Henderson and Leslie Frazier. Dotty was the Supervisor of the Radiology Department at Jeannette Hospital. Dotty will miss all her family and friends but she is in Heaven now with Jesus and will be there to greet us when it is our time to go home. Friends and family will be received at Shirley's Funeral Home in North Huntingdon, PA on Monday, September 13th from 2-4 pm and from 6-8 pm, and then again on Tuesday morning from 9-10 am. Funeral Mass is to follow at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in North Huntingdon and burial services will be at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park that afternoon. In lieu of flowers or gifts to the family, please make a donation in Dorothy's memory to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association. The family expresses their gratitude for all of their kind thoughts and prayers.
