Dorothy L. Booth 89, of Lacoochee passed away Sunday, May 21, 2017. She was born January 29, 1928 in Bradenton, FL to Fred D. & Attie Lou McClamma. She worked for many years at the Multi-Line Can Company and was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church in Lacoochee. Dorothy is survived by her daughter: Judy & Denis Whitacre; 3 grandchildren: Terri & Jim Bingham, Lisa & Richard Chamblee, Cheryl & Keith Kohlhof, 16 great grandchildren: Georgiana, Jim Jr, Will, Kevin & Taryn, Matthew, Madison, Brandy, Chastity, Will, Taylor & Adam, Travis & Michelle, Tiffany & Luis, Naomi, Tony, Amber, Luke, 18 great great grandchildren: Amanda, Kelsey, Clayton, Lily, Tripp, Samson, Zyan, Alexis, Leilah, Makenna, Isaiah, Jason, Emma, Daniel, Gabriel, Esther, Elisha, Hosanna; niece: Loretta & Johnnie Pinkston; nephew: Leonard & Michelle Fowler; special cousin: Thomas & Dianne Haynes; sister-in-law: Evelena Roberts and her children: Linda, Danny, Barbara and Donnie; niece and nephew: Cathy and Joe. She was preceded in death by her husband: Earl W. Booth, and sister: Mary Stanley. The family will receive friends for visitation one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held 11am Friday, May 26, 2017 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. Visitation
