Doris Stubbs, age 86, of Zephyrhills, FL passed away on May 2, 2015 at home. Doris was born in Toledo, OH on September 18, 1928 to Henry & MAble Bockert. Doris was married to Gerald N. Stubbs for 86 years. He preceded her in death on October 19, 2014. Doris is survived by her 5 children: son Gerald Jr (Nancy), daughters Susan (Chuck) Williams, Bette Jo (Clifford) Rapert, Son Kenneth, and daughter BRenda (John) Mattson. There are 10 grandchildren & 14 great-grandchildren. Also surviving is her brother William Bockert of Lyons, OH; sister Pearl Fritz of Toledo, OH; brother Parker of Zephyrhills and Mary Ann Frontine of Indianapolis, IN. Both Doris & Gerald were active members of the First Christian Church (Disciplesof Christ) in Zephyrhills. A memorial service will be held for Doris and Gerald on May 6, 2015 at the First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ): 6040 8th St, Zephyrhills.
