Donna R Young, 71, passed away Thursday, August 2nd at home in St. Petersburg, FL. She was born January 1st 1947 and grew up in Olean, NY to Lenard Dempsey and Adeline Paugh Aloia . She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Edric Young, brother: John Dempsey, sister: Bonnie Dempsey Hudson, and son: Danny Outman She was a free spirit, loving mother and devoted wife to her husband. She loved to travel, care for her family, and made a unique impression on everyone that met her. Donna is survived by her children: David Outman, Julee Cannon, Jonna Snedeker and Edric Young, Grandchildren: Damon, Kailin, Dane, Christy, Chloe, Olivia, Bennett, Owen and Dawson,and three great grandchildren. Brothers: Leroy Dempsey, Ralph Aloia and Lorraine Wetherington.Family and friends will gather August 9, 2018 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel, with the funeral service to follow at 2:00pm.
