Domingo Garcia Garza, age 82, of Dade City, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 27th, 2024. He was born on Sunday, July 6th, 1941 in Cameron, Texas to his parents: Espidio Garza and Susana Garcia. He was one of 6 children; he had 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Domingo is survived by his loving wife, Eva Garza. Domingo married Eva Garza on October 2nd, 1960, and they shared a lifetime of love and memories together. He is also survived by their children Minerva, Ruben, Magdalena, Elena, Blanca, Eddie, Victor, and Linda. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Domingo is preceded in death by 2 of his siblings. He enjoyed treasure hunting, reading, fishing, and camping. But his greatest achievement and joy in life was raising his eight children. Family visitation will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home on Monday, July 1st, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm. A service for the family will take place 1:30 pm.
