Dolores R Anania was born in Charleston WV on September 5, 1928. She passed away peacefully at Rucki Hospice Care, in Zephyrhills, Florida on January 8, 2024. Dolores was a beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Peter Anania who we lost in 2009, and by her daughter Gina Michele Sargent who passed in 2007. She moved from her hometown in West Virginia to Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1989 to be close to her children, grandchildren and her own mother Frances Morehead. Dolores was a congregate of John The Baptist Catholic church in Ft. Lauderdale. She is survived by her four children: Victoria Ann Santini (husband Richard) of Zephyrhills; Peter R. Anania of Dade City, Florida:

Charles L. Anania (wife Michele) of Vero Beach, Florida;

Dolores Nannette Smith (husband Bernard) of Loxahatchee, Florida. Dolores was adored by all her friends and family including her grandchildren, Anthony Nathaniel Fazio (wife Marci) of Boca Raton, Fl; Nicole Alvarez (husband Omar) of Canon City, Colorado. Dr. Katherine Anania (spouse Mel Plaut) of Lincoln, Nebraska;, Peter D. Anania of Lutz, Florida, Frances Lammers (husband Justin) of Fort Mill, SC, Christopher Sargent (wife, Melissa) of Indianapolis, Indiana; Emily Boutin (husband Robert) of Pompano Beach, Fl. Alexandra Daniele Anania (fianc Daniel Gill) of Gainesville, Florida;

Charles Joseph Anania (fianc Krystal Anton) of Denver, Colorado and Marissa Noel Anania of Denver, Colorado.

Dolores leaves us with fond memories and four great grandchildren Aiden, Evelyn, Ella and Theodore. She will be remembered by her family and friends in West Virginia as someone who lived, loved and laughed throughout 95 years of a wonderfully blessed life. Services to be held at Hodges Funeral Home in Zephyrhills, Florida, Saturday January 20, 2024. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Gulfside Hospice in Zephyrhills, Florida.
