Diantha Louise Skwirsk, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully in Zephyrhills, Florida, on October 5, 2026.
Born on November 26, 1941, Diantha lived a life filled with love, hard work, family, friendship, and faith. She was a devoted Catholic and carried her faith and love for others with her throughout her life.
Diantha was a truly caring and loving woman. She worked hard throughout her life and never hesitated to give of herself to the people she loved. She had a special gift for making everyone feel welcome, comfortable, and like they belonged. Her home was a place where people could gather, laugh, share a meal, and make memories.
She especially loved bringing people together and was known for throwing the best parties. Whether it was a family gathering, a celebration, or simply having people around her, Diantha had a way of making those moments special. Her warmth and generosity touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Diantha was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gerald Francis Skwirsk, who passed away 12 years ago. Their love and the family they built together remain an enduring part of her legacy.
She leaves behind her three sons, Brian, Barry, and Bradley, who will forever carry the love and memories of their mother in their hearts. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Adam, Amber, Brandon, and Brianna, as well as 10 great-grandchildren, who brought tremendous joy and love into her life.
Diantha's greatest gift was the love she gave to her family and the people around her. She will be remembered for her caring heart, her strength, her hard work, her faith, her laughter, and the way she could make everyone feel at home.
Though her passing leaves a tremendous emptiness, the love she gave will continue through her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all those whose lives she touched.
She was a wonderful woman, a loving mother, and a beautiful soul. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever carried in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
