Ms. Diana Lynne Shanahan passed away peacefully after a short battle with cancer on April 16th 2017 in Dade City, FL at the age of 59. Born Diana Lynne Morrison on November 14th, 1957 in Battle Creek, MI to parents Gene and Eleanor Morrison. She graduated from Lakewood High School in St. Pete, FL on June 6th, 1975. She dedicated her life to helping others. Over the years, she ran a group home for troubled teens, a local country store in Wallingford, VT and worked as a substance abuse counselor. She touched many lives. Diana is survived by her mother Eleanor Morrison- Collyer and her spouse John Collyer of Dade City, FL. Her son Rodney Michael Shanahan (37) of Wallingford, VT. Her daughter Cori Lynne Allen (29) of Dade City, FL. And her son Steven William Shanahan (25) of Wallingford, VT. Her brother Dale Morrison of Seminole, FL. Her sister Lisa Wubbena and her spouse Joey Wubbena of Dade City, FL. As well as her 6 grandchildren: Tyler Shanahan, Tobias Allen, Kaitlyn Shanahan, Mikayla Shanahan, Benjamin Allen and Logan Allen. She was preceded by her father Gene Morrison and brother Steven Morrison.
