Vest, Debra Ann, 65, of Wesley Chapel, formerly of Jacksonville, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020. She is survived by 3 sisters, Violet Fouts, Linda Snyder, and Margaret Vest; nephew, Randy Fouts; 2 nieces, April Mignano and Sherry Allen; great nephew, Buddy; and 2 great nieces, Nae Nae (Mae Mae) and Ava Mae. She was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Virginia Vest; 2 brothers, Robert and Chuck; and 2 sisters, Rebecca and Shirley. Debra Ann was a special person and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
