Deborah Phillips, 62, of Zephyrhills passed on January 15 at her home after long illness. She is preceded in death by mother Betty Juanita Phillips and father William Milford Phillips. Deborah is survived by her brother Gary W Phillips; her son Kevin Sloan; and 3 grand children: Erica, Andrew and Sydney Sloan; nephews: James and Christopher Phillips.A visitation will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City January 18 from 11:00-12:00, with a service at 12:00.
