David Michael Trombly, or "Dave", passed at age 75 in Lakeland, Florida on January 6, 2026.

Dave was born on October 4, 1950 in Flint, Michigan to parents Charles and Mary (Mikolski) Trombly Dave grew up with 4 siblings: Carol, Richard, Robert, and Teresa. He graduated from Flint Southwestern in 1968 and began building a career in the local area. Dave worked for General Motors in Flint, Michigan.

Dave later moved to Florida, living in Brooksville and Dade City during his time here. He worked for CF Industries in Plant City, FL. Dave was an avid baseball player, and most of all loved socializing with friends and enjoying recreational activities. He was generous and helpful to his friends, above all else.

During his life, Dave welcomed a daughter, Christal Yando, and became a grandfather to Megan and Joshua.

Dave is predeceased by his brother, Robert Trombly.

Dave is survived by his siblings: Carol Wilson of Swartz Creek, Michigan, Richard Trombly of Flint, Michigan, and Teresa Digsdiertt of Brooksville, Florida. He is also survived by his daughter, Christal Yando, and his grandchildren: Megan Yando and Joshua Wersel.

Dave will be interred at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery in Dade City, Florida in a private family ceremony.
