David D. Shanley 78, of Dade City, FL passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018 in Orlando. He was born October 6, 1939 in Galesburg, MI to Karl & Lillian Shanley and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He owned and operated Discovery Concepts in Plainwell, MI and attended the Solid Rock Bible Church in Delton, MI. He moved to this area 4 years ago from Zeeland, MI and has been attending the Fellowship of the Redeemed Church in Zephyrhills, FL. David is survived by his wife of 44 years: Bonnie A. Shanley; 7 children: Michael Shanley (Jennifer), Rebecca Overbeck (John), Terry VanHaitsma (Brian), Vicki Dewitt (Richard), William Karsten, Kristine D'Ancicco (Ken), Tracy Ensink (Doug); 1 brother: Marvin Shanley (Patricia) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter Kelli; daughter-in-law: Karen Karsten; and parents: Karl & Lillian Shanley.
