David Lowe Sabine, 71, of Dade City entered eternal rest on December 10, 2025, in Tampa. He was born in Maine on June 21, 1954. He lived a life rich in love, laughter, and dedicated service, touching the hearts of many throughout his time with us.

David enjoyed a wonderful life rooted in love, family, friends, and faith. He spent several years as a truck driver. After his retirement, David pursued activities of construction and craftsmanship that displayed his creative capabilities.

Known for his warm and funny personality, David was more than just a husband, father, brother, and friend; he was a beacon of light that took immense pleasure in lending a helping hand and caring for all his animals.

David is survived by his wife Patsy Sabine, his daughter Lindsey Sabine and her husband Tristan, his granddaughter Caroline Goodrich, his brother Robert Sabine, his sister Debbie Alonso and her husband Randy, his stepson Ricky Hiott, stepdaughter Heather Hiott, and two step grandchildren Izzy and Logan Hiott.

David is preceded in death by his father Robert Sabine, his mother Camille Sabine, his sister Linda Sabine, his brother Douglas Sabine, and his stepson Robbie Hiott.

David Lowe Sabine will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege to know him. The legacy of joy and love he leaves behind will surely endure in the hearts of his family and friends. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 Hwy 301 in Dade City, Florida 33525, with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Gardens. The viewing will be held from 6 pm -8 pm Friday, December 19, in the Chapel at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 11441 Hwy 301 in Dade City.
