David Brian Phelps, 49 of Zephyrhills, FL passed away on October 12, 2018. He was born in Glens Falls, NY on November 29, 1968 to the wonderful parents of Arthur Jr and Betty Martin Phelps. He graduated from Zephyrhills High School in 1986 and loved camping, hiking, vegetable gardening and fishing. David is survived by his parents Arthur and Betty Phelps; sisters: Lynn Woodruff and husband Paul, Nancy Smith, Paula Davis and husband Ben; brother Arthur Phelps III and wife Christel; five nieces and five nephews and several aunts and uncles. Memorial and funeral services will be held at Hodges Family Funeral Home 11441 US 301, Dade City, FL. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 and will begin at 11:00am followed by funeral and graveside service at Chapel Hill Gardens (same location) at 12:00pm. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to Gulfside Hospice, 2061 Collier Parkway, Land O Lakes, FL www.ghppc.org or a charity of your choice.
