King, David Earl (affectionately known as King David), 76 of Dade City, passed away Thursday, January 20, 2014 in Tampa, FL. He was born December 18, 1937 in Merrill, WI to Clifford & Doris Isaacson King and moved to this area 11 years ago from Jackson, MI. He was a retired Parole Officer having worked in both Detroit and Jackson, Michigan and he also enjoyed bowling and playing cards. He was an avid golfer who loved spending time with his friends out on the golf course. He is survived by his partner: Jan Balluff; children: Lisa Disbrow and David King Jr; Jans children: Jill Sprang and Bill Balluff; siblings: Don, Dick and Carolyn; 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Interment services will take place at a later date.
