David John Barr Sr., 69, son of the late Gertrude and John Barr, was born on March 29, 1954 in Homestead, Pennsylvania. Retired Navy OSCS (SW) Senior Chief passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023, in Dade City Florida, survived by his wife of 49 years, Rosa Barr, sons Matthew and David Jr., daughters Mary and Michelle, two brothers, three sisters, thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. The funeral will be a private ceremony at the Florida National Cemetery. We will miss you Papap!
