The family of Dan Theodore Sarris, 67 years old, of Zephyrhills FL, is sad to announce his sudden passing on Saturday April 29th 2023 in Zephyrhills FL. Born on April 28th 1956 in Newport RI to George and Teresa Sarris, he is predeceased by his parents George and Teresa Sarris of Brockton MA, and his beloved min pins Lucky, Annabelle, and Cooperdog. He leaves behind his brother John Sarris and wife Denise, and sister Mary Vrancik and husband William. Dan also leaves behind a loving family which includes his wife of 30 years Maureen (Mileto) Sarris, his daughter Samantha Jo Mills and husband Randy, his stepdaughter Carrie Ann Ashchi and husband Tristen, and stepson Matthew Mileto and partner Angie Lee. Dan was a loving Papa to Zachary, Brianna, Alec, Rylee, Tessa, Sophia, Gavin, and EJ, and uncle to many wonderful nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind many friends as he was a friend to everyone he met. He was a graduate of Brockton HS in Brockton MA. Dan was a successful Plant Manager (retired) for Consolidated Container Company for 34 years in Zephyrhills FL, with many achievements for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. His hobbies included golfing, cruising, traveling, axe throwing, grilling, bicycling, working out, but most of all spending time with family and friends.
