Dan Rainville, 68, of San Antonio, FL, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, November 4, 2018, with his loving family by his side. Born and raised in Cohoes, New York, Dan was son to the late Phillip and Yvonne (Tremblay) Rainville. Dan moved to Florida 12 years ago and worked as a Route Sales Driver for Flowers Baking Company, retiring in 2016. Prior to that, Dan lived in Latham, New York for over 30 years and worked as a Route Driver for Wonder Bread and in retail management positions for Shop-Rite Supermarkets, Fay's Drug Stores, Eckerd Drug Stores, and Convenient Food Mart. Dan will be remembered as a hard working, dedicated family man. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Marian (Fennelly) Rainville; one son, Daniel L. Rainville of Mount Laurel, NJ; three sisters: Muriel Corbeil of Tampa, FL; Norma Donohue of Queensbury, NY; and Diana Rainville of Waterford, NY; two sisters-in law: Carole Ann Gallo of Belle Mead, NJ, and Jane Votra of Troy, NY, and several nieces and nephews. Also, Dan was predeceased by one sister, Rachel Castle of Waterford, NY. At Dan's request, no service is planned.
