Butler, 60, of Dade City passed away Thursday, September 20th, 2018 at West Bay of Tampa.Curtis was born to Rosa Weaver Butler in Atlanta, Georgia on June 13, 1958.Survivors include Brothers: Arthur Lee Butler Tampa FL., Clyde Butler Dade City FL., Sisters: Virginia Rosa Butler Tampa FL., Janice Butler Tulsa Ok. Uncle: Willie Lee Johnson (Violet), Garden City CA. Adopted Grandparents: Lawrence and Ethel MCClendon, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. The family will receive friends from 3 PM to 5 PM on Friday October 12, 2018 with the funeral service to follow at 5 pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home 301 Chapel Dade City, FL.Arrangements by Hodges Family Funeral Home Dade City FL.
