Clinton William McDaris, 44, of St. Petersburg, Florida, and formerly of Dade City, passed away on November 9, 2025.

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on May 28, 1981, Clinton was the son of Philip McDaris and Susan Camille McDaris. In 1988, he and his family returned to the Dade City area, where he grew up and built many lasting friendships.

A 2000 honors graduate of Pasco High School, Clinton went on to work in restaurant management and cooking, and later operated his own handyman business. He approached every job with dedication and a genuine desire to help others. Clinton was a loving son, brother, uncle, father, and friend. He cherished the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, golfing, and watching his beloved Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Known for his gentle spirit and generous nature, Clinton would do anything for anyone, and his love for his family was evident in all that he did.

Clinton is survived by his parents, Philip and Susan McDaris; his sons, Carter McDaris and Cayden McDaris, and grandson, Cloud McDaris; their mother, Tiffany Hines; his brother, Jason McDaris (Cami) of North Carolina; his sister, Carly McDaris Antoine (Kendale) of San Antonio, Florida; his niece, Jessica Teague; his nephew, Eli Antoine; and his fiancée, Deborah Downward.

Arrangements will be handled by Hodges Funeral Home, 11441 US-301, Dade City. Burial will take place at Townsend House Cemetery in Dade City.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Rodeheaver Boys Ranch.
