HAMM, Clifford M., 65 of Dade City, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013 under the care of HPH Hospice and surrounded by family. He was born September 18, 1948 in Raleigh, MS and moved to this area 52 years ago from Alabama. He was a retired Loan Officer and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dade City. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved spending time with family and friends enjoying God's Creation. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years: Polly Croft Hamm; 2 sons: David M. Hamm, Dade City, FL, Daniel W. & Jamie Hamm, Ridge Manor, FL; brother: Arthur & Sharon Kitchens, Dade City, FL; 2 sisters: Pat & Bill Perkins, Bushnell, FL, Katherine Albright, Webster, FL. Funeral services will be held 11am Monday, December 23, 2013 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Sunday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in his memory to HPH Hospice.
