She is predeceased by her parents; Robert and Mae Belle Herrell and her son, Preston Wade Lethco. She is survived by; her children: Michael (Darlene) Lethco of Hudson FL; Robert (Jennifer) Lethco of Brookesville FL; Lynette (David) Puckett of Dade City FL; Jimmy Patterson of Spring Hill FL, and Stepchildren: Sandy Patterson, Zephyrhills FL; Cindy Wilt, Zephyrhills FL, Fred "Tommy" Patterson Jr, Zephyrhills FL. She also leaves behind 31 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild on the way. She is also survived by her siblings: Leroy Hewitt, New Market TN; Margie (Horace) Thomas, Knoxville TN; Vernon Herrell of TN; and David Herrell of TN.
