Claire Ellen Johnson, 69, of Dade City, passed away on November 27, 2023, in Zephyrhills, Florida. She was born on June 25, 1944, in New York, New York. She was married to Leo Johnson for 57 years who preceded her in death. She has two surviving children, Donna Howey, of Dade City, and Johnny Johnson of Melbourne, Florida. She had one favorite grandson, Shane Edward Howey. Claire has five sisters, three of whom have survived her: Donna Blommel of Dade City, Molly Sanders of Lakeland, Linda Webb Cleavland of Brooksville, and two sisters who preceded her death: Janet Garberini and Stacy Baker. Claire was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She loved to play bingo, watch detective shows, and visit with friends and family. She will be missed by so many.
