Chris was 58 when he quietly and bravely lost his fight with cancer. He passed on peacefully in his sleep on January 3rd, 2020. He was born in Erie, Pennsylvania, on October 15th, 1961 to Joanne Seager Silverman and Richard Seager, (deceased).

Beginning his career with JM Family, Southeast Toyota in Deerfield Beach, Florida as an Account Executive, Chris loved his work and would often still tell stories about his many adventures and dealings from that part of his life. He brought that same enthusiasm to his recent employer, American Fidelity who valued his participation and stood by him through his illness. He was a fourth degree member of Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by his two sons, Brandon Christopher Seager and Austin Christopher Seager, his wife Tina Seager, his mother Joanne Seager Silverman and Stepfather Lou Silverman. Additionally hes survived by his siblings, Pamela Seager Latour, Richard Seager, Gregory Seager as well as his two step sisters Michell Silverman Jordano and Kimberly Silverman Lupo.

Chriss sharp wit and sense of humor kept those around him with a smile or a chuckle even when times got tough. Its difficult to believe hes no longer with us. He is loved by all who knew him.

A Memorial will be held at 1pm on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Hodges Family Funeral Home (36327 Highway 54, Zephyrhills, FL 33541). The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the Memorial Service. A Celebration of Chriss Life will immediately follow services at the funeral home at Lake Bernadette Community Center (5410 Golf Links Boulevard, Zephyrhills, Florida 33541).
