Christopher Keith Perez 33, of Tampa, FL passed away Thursday, August 19th, 2021. He was born December 30, 1987, in Brooklyn, NY to Jose Eduardo Perez and Mildred Ramirez.
Christopher is survived by his mother Mildred "Millie" Ramirez, his father Jose Perez; grandmothers: Juana Nieves, Carmen Perez; brother James Simmons; sister Xenia Serrano and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers: Bienvenido Ramirez, Jose Perez; and his brother Joshua Perez. Funeral Services will be held at 3 pm Saturday, August 28th, 2021 at Hodges Family Funeral Home 36327 State Road 54 in Zephyrhills. The family will receive friends for viewing one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
